Several ECs are in the pipelines for 2015 and Sol Acres EC is just one of them. Executive condominiums bridge the gap between HDB public housing and private housing but the decision to buy one or the other is not a given. Prices have narrowed and buyers should weigh the pros and cons because ECs come with a lot more terms and conditions.

Sol Acres EC is a large development of over 1300 units with floor plans ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom units. The price of any unit depends on size, level and facing as well as subsidies and discounts. The Sol Acres location is convenient to several major expressways and also the the LRT/MRT system. The closest MRT at Choa Chu Kang is only 4 stops away by LRT. Schools are plentiful in CCK as well as nature based attractions such as the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, Sungei Buloh Wetlands Reserve and the farm based attractions in Sungei Tengah.

Sol Acres EC is a good family choice especially for those working in the Jurong or Tuas areas and the northern part of Singapore.

Gramercy Park - New Condominium on 57, Grange Road, Singapore by CDL
